An excellent geographical situation makes The Southampton Park Hotel the ideal conference and meeting place - The Bargate Suite is suitable for up to 160 guests and the Hamtun Room is ideal for smaller informal meetings and interviews. The following equipment is provided free of charge in both meeting rooms - notepads and pencils - flip chart - overhead projector - VHS video and monitor - water and squash. Additionally - the Bargate suite has a PA system and portable staging. Pay and Display car parking is available - Please pay on arrival and one 24-hour parking ticket will be reimbursed for each room booked per night - please present the receipt at check-out.
